概要
The Swappable Battery System consist of multiple lithium cells arranged inside a unified electrical housing. Technicians link each cell group through defined conductive paths. A control board is installed to handle measurement signals and switching actions. At the same time, data lines pass voltage readings to external interfaces for tracking purposes. When irregular values appear, the control circuit interrupts energy flow immediately.
Cell Materials and Layer Structure
Cell units rely on layered lithium compounds applied on metal foils. Aluminum sheets form the positive current path, while copper sheets guide electron collection on the opposite side. A thin separator film sits between electrode layers and prevents direct contact. Additionally, the enclosure uses a rigid polymer shell combined with metal reinforcement plates to maintain structural alignment during handling.
Assembly Process and Electrical Linking
Operators arrange cells into predefined string groups according to voltage targets. Nickel connectors join terminals through spot welding, reducing resistance at each junction point. After cell grouping, a monitoring board is fixed onto the terminal section. This board scans each cell line and executes cut-off actions when abnormal readings occur. Balance wires extend across the pack and equalize charge distribution during operation cycles.
Thermal Path and Structural Layout
Heat moves through spacing channels formed between cell rows. Conductive pads guide temperature spread across the internal structure. The design avoids rotating or moving cooling parts and relies on physical spacing for heat dispersion. The outer shell holds internal components in position and resists compression from external force. Service openings allow inspection of connectors without dismantling the full assembly.
Certification and Production Control
Manufacturing follows IEC 62133 and UN38.3 transport regulations for lithium-based assemblies. Each unit undergoes insulation testing, load cycling, and voltage tracking verification. Production records assign traceability codes to each batch. Packaging inspection confirms isolation of terminals before shipment release.
